Discover how we helped the UK’s largest children’s reading charity boost brand awareness and engage new audiences.

Even though BookTrust was reaching 3.4 million children across the UK each year with books, resources and support, many of the people using them didn’t know who they were. That’s why we were tasked with delivering a brand new Episerver website that would put the focus back on the charity, combining new features and a clean, accessible design, to help drive donations and support their various audiences.

Kicking off with an in-depth discovery phase, our experts had a number of considerations when looking at ways to bring the focus back to BookTrust as an organisation. Working with multiple stakeholders from different areas of the charity, they set about understanding the various requirements to deliver a solution that would work for everyone.

Using BookTrust’s recent brand refresh to underpin the design, the team went about creating a site that would provide an enjoyable space for children and adults alike to come and discover new books and activities to take part in. The final outcome features new tools and a vastly improved experience that shows BookTrust is not just a charity that understands its audience, but an innovative, forward-thinking leader in its field.
