Your dedicated account handler will actively seek to understand your industry and specific requirements from the get-go in order to provide the best possible service. As your go-to contact, they’ll communicate with experts across the agency to answer any burning questions you have and keep you updated. So whether you’re after a quick catch-up on progress or a bit of advice, you know you’ve got someone you can talk to.
We know it can be frustrating to be charged for taking a brief or simply raising a quote – that’s why we are pragmatic in our billing approach for account management. Hence we don’t charge for the tasks involved in generating more revenue from you. However, as our client partnership team aren't sales people, they are also on-hand to offer chargeable services in running marketing campaigns, planning engagement activity and presenting analytics and reports.
Account planning and strategy
With an eye on the wider digital landscape, your partnership team will use their commercial know-how to develop briefs that consider not just a particular task, but your total digital estate and commercial aims. Experienced Account Directors are also on hand to draw together the requirements of multiple stakeholders, as well as provide in-depth insight on harnessing the power of digital and making it work for your business.
Redweb’s Project Management team has significant experience in delivering complex digital solutions. They work tirelessly to provide structure, planning, communication, risk assessment and quick answers in what can be a pressurised and demanding environment. Our team are very conversant in dealing with multiple suppliers, parallel projects, dependencies and senior stakeholder needs.
We recognise that quality project management and the continuity of knowledge is paramount to the success of a project and relationship. With this respect we only employ exemplary practitioners who are Agile Scrum Master and/or PRINCE2 trained.
