Visitors to our websites

When someone visits we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. We also use a third party tool, Lead Forensics, to collect information on which organisations are visiting our site, however this information is only processed in a way which does not identify an individual. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.

People who use our services, or subscribe to our white papers

We would like to send you information about products and services we provide, including white papers on digital insights. If you have consented to receive information you may opt out at a later date by contacting us.

We use a third party provider, SharpSpring, to deliver our white papers. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our content. If you subscribe, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the end of any whitepaper you have received from us.

People who register for one of our events

We use a third party service, Eventbrite, to collect personal information which enables us to provide tickets for our events. If you register for an event we will collect your name, email address and the company you work for. This information will be retained until after the event and will not be shared with other organisations.
