Sitecore announced the new Insight Vacations website as the 2014 Sitecore Experience Award winner for North America in the Travel and Hospitality sector.
This award recognises Insight Vacations’ new, responsive online presence – which was designed and built by us – for its exceptional aesthetic, functionality and rich range of features. This includes offering personalised and localised browsing experiences to an international audience, with different versions of the site for global regions such as the US, Canada (where Insight’s parent company, the Travel Corporation, is based), Asia, New Zealand, the UK, and Australia.
Sitecore is the worldwide leader in customer experience management. Its Experience Awards comprise an international competition that’s held annually to celebrate customers’ and partners’ achievements using the Sitecore Experience Platform. Nominations for the awards are based on input from partners, customers, the press, analysts and colleagues.

This key requirement called for a solution that would deliver an experience that envelops the user in the Insight experience, but also directly delivers commercial results and conversions. And in the first three months after launching the new site, Insight Vacations saw marked improvements in its lead generation process and online bookings.
