A brand new build for City & Guilds’ ‘Walled Garden’

We have been appointed to rebuild City & Guilds’ ‘Walled Garden’ website, which is integral to the day-to-day work of many thousands of training providers and centres across the UK and the world.

We are picking up the development elements of the project, building the site based on signed-off designs provided by a third party. The sheer scale and multifaceted nature of the project makes this a complex build. Customers will begin to see the changes towards the end of the year.

The secure, login-only site is exclusively available to those delivering City & Guilds and Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) qualifications.

Our accomplished development team’s longstanding, proven knowledge of working with multiple integrated data streams, payment portals and data management systems was integral to winning this work.

Among other things, the site will provide an enhanced customer experience for users that need to:

  • Register candidates and manage their details
  • Schedule online tests and view reports
  • Purchase approved products and services for training purposes, including those offered on the e-learning portal SmartScreen
  • View candidate history reports, financial reports, and order reports on all candidate registrations, results and exam bookings
