Want to kick-start your career in digital? We’re looking for bright, enthusiastic apprentices to join us across a spectrum of services, from project management to digital marketing.

Get your head-start in the industry by joining us as an apprentice. Whether you want to become a designer, work with code or dive into marketing, we offer a wide range of apprenticeships to help you ramp up your career.

Depending on your interests, you could be working in project management, digital marketing, quality assurance (QA), development, user experience (UX), design, or content and video production.

We’ve run our apprenticeship scheme in partnership with Bournemouth and Poole College since 2014. Having welcomed almost 30 apprentices in that time, we’ve got plenty of experience supporting you on your path into the digital industry.

We’ve finished recruiting for this year’s apprenticeship scheme.

What our apprentices say…

“After joining Redweb as a digital marketing apprentice in 2014, I now have over four years of experience learning from very talented individuals in the digital industry. I enjoy working with a broad range of clients, helping them implement digital marketing strategies that grow their brands online.”

Sean Lloyd-Clarke, class of 2014 / 15

“At 32, I am (a little) older than some of the other apprentices here at Redweb, but from my first day I knew I was in the best place for my training in digital marketing. I work in the UX department and the projects are really interesting, my mentors are fantastic, and I’ve found everyone here very supportive and fun to work with.”

Victoria Maskell, class of 2018 / 19

“Doing an apprenticeship at Redweb has been great as it’s allowed me to get a feel for working in digital, an ever-growing, fast-paced industry. Since day one I’ve been treated like one of the team and it’s been a great experience learning all the new skills needed to start my career!”

Lauren Turner, class of 2017 / 18
