National Service Network - PPC and SEO used to drive ROI

The challenge

NSN has one of the largest networks of independent car servicing garages throughout the UK. While NSN's main activity has traditionally been to support major automotive fleet and leasing companies, they are now looking at attracting retail customers (B2C) directly through online activity.

NSN appointed Redweb Search to drive MOT and servicing enquiries through their network of over 900 UK wide based garages, increase bookings made online and ultimately return on investment (ROI).

The approach

Redweb Search set about primarily building a PPC campaign to capture customers searching for MOTs and car servicing by manufacturer (BMW, Mercedes, Ford, Audi etc) and by geographic location (Solihull, Swindon, Bournemouth etc).

In parallel, the team worked with the in-house designers and developers at NSN to develop over 1,000 unique location and manufacturer landing pages down to particular car models (Alfa Romeo 146 example included below).

The objective was to boost conversion rates from the deep-linked PPC campaigns whilst also benefitting the SEO strategy.

The result

The campaign has resulted in a high volume of cost effective bookings across all of the NSN sites. Redweb Search continue to work with NSN to optimise the booking process to further improve the ROI.
