The contract initially involves maintenance of a number of UKAEA principal sites leading to new design & development based projects following strategy and consultancy of potential online activity.

Managing Director Andrew Henning commented “It is again a tribute to the progress of this company that we can complete and win contracts of this status. This is partly, I believe, due to the effort we under went in gaining ISO9001:2000 last December. This has assisted Redweb in leveraging itself above our competitors in both quality and customer service. This helps immensely in the final decision process.”

UKAEA is restoring the environment of four sites previously used in Britain's atomic research programme, and is one of the world's foremost nuclear decommissioning organisations. It is also leading efforts to make fusion power a commercial energy source at its Culham research site in Oxfordshire.

UKAEA now join both the UK Passport Service and Criminal Records Bureau as Redweb governmental clients.
