The Poole and London-based digital communications agency was awarded a three-year framework agreement to provide public sector organisations with website design and development, content management and web hosting services.

Redweb took part in a rigorous tendering and evaluation process which was fully compliant with EU Directives and which ensured that their products and services were checked for quality, price competitiveness, fitness for purpose and compliance with statutory requirements.

Redweb has already produced websites for various public sector bodies such as the UK Passport Office, local authorities, CRB and UKAEA.

Redweb managing director Andrew Henning said: “This will undoubtedly produce more public sector work for us. It was quite a coup for an SME to be approved as most companies are very large; it reflects on the quality of our staff, systems and planning.”
