Digital agency Redweb has expanded its client services team at its Poole head office with the appointment of three new staff.
Customer Support Manager David Benham joins from web hosting company Netpivotal where he managed the development of its customer support system.
He said: “Customer service is not just meeting but exceeding expectations. We are fostering stronger relationships with customers so they can come to us with any issues and be confident that it will be resolved quickly and efficiently.”
Account Manager Dan Hills joins from digital agency Strange and brings strong pay-per-click experience, while junior account executive Andrew Moore was formerly with Liverpool Victoria.
MD Andrew Henning said: “We’re putting ourselves in the clients’ shoes; they want full-on support so we’re investing in client services to enhance our business relationships and partnerships.”
