Click to enlarge Rugby´s Premier champion London Wasps has relaunched its website with a new design by digital communications agency Redweb. .
The site has improved accessibility using the latest web style sheet system Presentational CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) in XHTML.
Poole-based Redweb also enhanced Wasps' brand integration and incorporated wider opportunities for advertising placement throughout the site.
Redweb's Andrew Henning said: "Presentational CSS is a fully table-less layout so it offers a lot of benefits including increased accessibility for disability compliance - in fact it is the only way for a website to reach the industry's AAA disability compliance.
"It gives greater control of the website's appearance when viewed through various disability screen readers - and search engines find the site faster because the code behind the website is produced in a better order."
London Wasps defeated Leicester Tigers at Twickenham in May to secure its third successive Zurich Premiership Championship.
The improved website has a members' area with extended programme interview pages, increased pictures, and details of Supporters Club events.
A supporters' area contains a bulletin board for discussion and feedback while Kidzone has great games for kids (and big kids).
