The UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA) has relaunched its website, produced by digital communications agency Redweb.
UKAEA is Europe’s most experienced nuclear decommissioning organisation. It manages the safe clean-up of former civil research sites at Dounreay, Harwell, Windscale and Winfrith in the UK, and provides technical consultancy services to customers around the world.
UKAEA also conducts research into fusion power – aiming to harness fusion’s potential as a clean and sustainable energy source for the future.
The complex website has over 500 pages of information for customers and stakeholders yet Redweb achieved a maximum of four clicks to any page.
Because of the site’s complexity Redweb will manage its content, which involves a posting almost every day.
