Since launch customer feedback has been impressive. The site is fully set up with analytics that give Redweb and the client usage and behavioural statistics. Conversions have doubled since launch, quote to conversion time have decreased by half and direct contact by telephone is significantly down. This confirms that people are now finding what they need to know on the site.
