Redweb wins digital pitch for Warner Leisure Hotels

Bournemouth based digital agency Redweb has won a competitive pitch to enhance the customer engagement, experience and conversion of the website for Warner Leisure Hotels.

The short break specialist chose Redweb against strong competition for their insight, design and UX capabilities. The project initially involves a highly collaborative partnership between Redweb and the Warner Leisure Hotels team to establish quick wins in time for their busy post-Christmas booking period. This will be followed by a full review and redesign of Warner Leisure Hotels digital presence.

Redweb CEO Andrew Henning explained "We are delighted to have won this work. I give full credit to our team who worked very hard to understand the client's needs and their customers' online expectations prior to the presentation. The timescales are tight for the first stage, but our preparation means we can hit the ground running. In addition, Warner Leisure Hotels have provided us great assistance, including; allowing the team to stay at a number of locations".

Jason Riseborough from Warner Leisure Hotels stated "We are excited to be working with Redweb to enhance our customer's online experience as well as drive improved conversion rates. We were particularly impressed by their User Centric process which gave us the confidence that we will get the results required."

Redweb has great experience in designing user centric websites across a variety of sectors, combining user experience, search and content services with online design and technical know-how.
