GC Live took place at Earl’s Court, London on the 9th and 10th June and showcased new technology solutions and products, while allowing visitors to talk face-to-face with hundreds of suppliers and get up-to-date knowledge on key public sector issues.

The show attracted ICT directors, leaders and managers from across the UK public sector. There were seminars, product demonstrations and a series of talks over the two days that covered issues facing the sector as a whole and on a day-to-day basis.

Visitors had the chance to become involved in debate and hear from the most important, relevant and challenging figures from the UK public sector. Speakers included journalists John Humphrys and Andrew Marr and former Mayor of London Ken Livingstone was interviewed at a preview evening show on 8th June.

Andrew Henning, CEO at Redweb, says: "There is a lot of exciting work being done in the public sector right now and we are finding that large government organisations are looking to invest in the digital engagement of their target audiences. Redweb has a strong public sector client base and proven expertise in the design and build of secure and innovative sites which meet the user needs."

Key audience groups were targeted with national press and online advertising, a direct mail campaign and media partnerships. For more information about the show log on to www.gc-live.com.
