Reporting to our Support Manager the role will involve responding to a high volume of support enquiries, assisting with queries to our Clients’ websites and associated software, and acting as intermediary between our Clients and our highly skilled team of Developers and Designers. The role will also involve liaising with third party support services.
Based in our new Bournemouth Offices.
The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent Information Technology skills
- Have experience of working with websites and associated software. This will ideally include Content Management Systems and Windows server environment
- Demonstrate two years experience in dealing professionally with Clients
- Be able to develop good relationships with our Clients and gain their trust
- Be able to understand and accurately record details
- Have excellent communication and problem analysis skills
- Recognise and prioritise issues, and be able to effectively channel resources
- Be confident in dealing with people at all levels
- Have the ability to write effective reports to Customers and Redweb colleagues
The ability to run basic testing and perform problem analysis is desirable.
