Working as part of our fast-paced delivery team, you will be key in planning and conducting user experience (UX) research and evaluations. You will contribute to client pitches and presentations as well as the solution definition phase of multiple projects.
You will also be pivotal in driving continuous improvements in user testing facilities, methods, participant recruiting, tools and equipment.
You will be expected to:
- Lead UX testing projects
- Provide advice and guidance to other members of the team
- Prepare time and cost estimates
- Produce considered and researched prototypes and wireframes to encompass navigation, functionality, page content and usability
- Complete UX evaluations and make recommendations based on your findings
- Conduct user interviews and organise and facilitate collaborative workshops to assess website usability and effectiveness
- Have awareness of the latest research studies and report back to colleagues and clients where necessary
Based in our Bournemouth office, the successful candidate will:
- Be educated to degree level or have relevant experience
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of usability principles
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of web standards and practices
- Have proven and extensive experience as a UX specialist
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have experience of working in a digital agency environment
- Show evidence of successfully implementing business requirements with high quality UX elements
