Senior Support Analyst

Redweb has a great opportunity for a Senior Support Analyst to play a leading role in a dynamic team supporting top public and private sector clients.

Proactive and well organised with a good technical understanding, you will be responsible for ensuring support queries are prioritised and resolved efficiently. You will be equally confident communicating to clients and internal stakeholders, and be well organised with excellent attention to detail.

Assigning issues to our design and development teams, you will ask the right questions to identify and solve problems. Clients will trust you to keep them informed; you will give them confidence by understanding their site and content management system.

To be successful you will:

• Be educated to degree level (or have an equivalent qualification / experience)
• Be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role
• Have excellent verbal, written and organisational skills
• Be able to develop strong business relationships with clients and colleagues
• Have excellent verbal, written and organisational skills
• Have a high level of ICT skills including use of spreadsheets, word processing and e-communication.

You will have good technical understanding and IT skills. While you won't be performing fixes yourself, you will be able to brief internal teams and clients on technical issues with confidence. Your experience of working with Windows Server 2003, Content Management Systems and web hosting will give you an advantage.
