We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Search Marketing Executive to contribute to the development of our Search Marketing team.
The post involves:
- Providing website performance reviews and creating bespoke strategies that are in target with clients’ business objectives
- Benchmarking and analysis of competitors’ sites
- Monitor the ongoing performance of our clients’ SEO strategies to drive tactical initiatives to improve performance
- Develop and implement the creation of an external linking strategy for clients
- Identifying ways to improve organic conversions through landing page testing
- Supporting the search team in new contract tenders
- Working in all aspects of search engine marketing
- Researching the ongoing search marketing landscape and relating this information to the search strategy.
Based in our Bournemouth office, the successful candidate will:
- Have proven experience in the search marketing field
- Have a good understanding of Google, Yahoo and Bing platforms
- Demonstrate strong numeracy skills with particular emphasis on statistical analysis
- Have excellent verbal, written and presentational skills
- Have an excellent understanding of the online industry and web analytics
- Be comfortable working autonomously on projects or as part of a large team
- Have a good understanding of the coding behind websites and their design
- Be computer literate and able to learn new technologies quickly
- Be a highly-driven and confident individual who works using their own initiative.
Knowledge of other direct response marketing channels is desirable.
A degree/HND in a relevant discipline is desirable.
