Part Time Finance Administrator

Based in our new Bournemouth office, you will support the finance team by carrying out a variety of duties such as processing purchase invoices and completing account reconciliations.

The post involves duties such as:

  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Completing account reconciliation to statement
  • Monthly purchase payment run
  • Banking
  • Filing
  • Opening post and distributing

Successful candidates will:

  • Have proven experience in a similar role
  • Be numerate
  • Demonstrate attention to detail
  • Be flexible in the tasks undertaken
  • Be able to work independently
  • Have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Be enthusiastic
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office functions (Word and Excel)
  • Be committed to achieving a high standard of work and professionalism.

Ideally you will be proficient with "Quickbooks" accounting software and Excel.
