This is an opportunity to become involved in all aspects of HR.
The post involves:
- Providing an effective administrative and general HR
- Giving information to internal clients (colleagues) on general HR queries
- Ensuring that effective records are kept on security checks, personnel files and other HR documentation
- Maintaining accurate employee records
- Developing efficient HR record keeping systems
- Providing administrative support to the HR Manager
- Developing and maintaining effective liaison with Payroll to ensure they have up to date information
- Making appointments, arranging meetings and booking venues for the HR Manager
- Maintaining an accurate record of HR expenditure and raising purchase orders as appropriate
- Carrying out research projects on behalf of the HR Manager.
Based in our new Bournemouth offices the successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role and or qualification e.g. Certificate in Personnel practice
- Excellent verbal and written grammar
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrate a professional and confidential approach.
