Exceptional leadership and management skills are a prerequisite and you will be able to convert your theories into practice with the aim of ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
This post requires you to:
- Be educated to degree/HND level or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrate a high level portfolio of design work
- Have proven experience of managing/developing a team of Designers
- Have experience of liaising at high level with Clients and key stakeholders
- Have the ability to lead, motivate and delegate effectively to a team, providing guidance to staff in their career development.
