We are looking for an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to join our project management team.
You will take responsibility for facilitating the efficient delivery of all work through our studio and liaise with delivery teams to ensure schedules are maintained and aligned efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and facilitating the quoting process across delivery
- Reviewing the schedule with each team to ensure the efficient application and use of resources across projects
- Monitoring time recording across the business in line with company policy and the system in place; reminding and reporting where required and escalating issues/concerns
- Being the main point of contact for all estimating and scheduling queries, ensuring that turnaround times are adhered to and that quoting is as accurate as possible
- Monitoring and provide regular reporting on efficiency and performance
- Holding regular delivery meetings with senior colleagues to review monthly team efficiency, resource allocation and proactively resolve issues arising
- Regularly provide ideas for change and improvement
- Reviewing non-project schedule requests to ensure that the appropriate resource is being assigned and the accurate timescales are confirmed
- Being responsible for querying efficiency, time planned against time in budget and the use of resource at team level
You will:
- Be educated to degree/HND level or equivalent in a related discipline or substantial experience in a similar role
- Have experience of working with both automated and manual scheduling tools
- Have experience of working in a digital agency environment in a similar position
- Appreciate web technology and understands its possible applications and the technical interfacing issues
- Be an effective facilitator, with the ability to use effective questioning techniques to analyse and solve problems
- Be able to understand technical and creative aspects of a project
- Be able to co-ordinate timescale estimates and understand projects costs
- Professional accreditation in an industry standard methodology e.g. PRINCE2 or Agile is desirable
