In order to provide our expanding client base with continued high levels of service, we are currently recruiting an Account Manager who will be responsible for the overall running of client accounts and account teams. As one of our account managers, you’ll develop the strategic direction for your clients, coordinate your clients' projects with our production department and maintain the profitability of your accounts. You’ll also be pitching for new business and acting as your clients' champion within Redweb.

You'll have:

• At least two years’ previous digital agency experience.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Good numerical ability.
• Precise attention to detail.
• An enthusiastic manner and self-motivation.
• The ability to lead a small team.
• Strong commercial awareness.

You should be educated to degree level and have relevant digital marketing experience. Some technical knowledge would be an advantage, but is not essential.
 
Salary up to £28,000 pa + benefits, dependent on experience.
 
Location - Bournemouth, Dorset.
