We have an opportunity for an experienced and talented Account Manager to join our Client Services team. You will be responsible for providing large public and private sector clients with strategic direction and interpreting business objectives with sound digital solutions.
You will have great communication skills, a passion for digital, think creatively and have a professional, client-focused approach.
The successful candidate will:
- Be responsible for the day to day management of existing clients with the support of an account executive
- Ensure account profitability and generate revenue from clients to achieve predetermined sales targets
- Build honest and strong client relationships
- Be responsible for client satisfaction, account strategy and planning, maximising the value of accounts, and ensuring overall quality of delivery
- Oversee and ensure the quality of client deliverables, e.g. on time, on brand, on strategy and to defined standards
- Understand emerging technologies and digital trends and determine how these will affect clients
- Understand the opportunities and challenges of clients’ markets
- Seek opportunities for additional revenue within key accounts
- Inspire confidence in our clients that Redweb recognises their needs and business issues
- Support the account director/client director in hitting projected targets per client
- Support and maintain the annual account plans and quarterly account reviews. Be able to report back and communicate to the wider internal teams
- Work with project management to ensure adequate levels of resource are maintained to deliver against project requirements
- Lead and mentor account executives in client teams.
You will have:
- A degree/HND level or demonstrate relevant industry experience
- Proven experience within an agency environment
- Excellent information technology skills
- Proven experience of developing successful and profitable relationships with clients with primary accountability
- The ability to take clear, accurate client briefs and effectively communicate them to our production team
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
- An understanding of new and emerging technology
- Experience understanding the financial implications of projects for both Redweb and our clients
- Confidence in inter-relating with people at all levels.
