The challenge
We have been working with Norwich Union since 2001. In that time we have designed and built websites, provided consultancy and site appraisals, worked on the Intranet, delivered impactful marketing campaigns and innovative multimedia solutions.
The approach
Our adherence to an account management structure means we know the developments of our client’s business, understand their competitive challenges within their marketplace and can be pro-active with recommendations.
Some of the projects undertaken were to develop a resource called ‘Landlord’ which was an enhanced resource for property owners and ‘Home Doctor’ which had fully dynamic content and information changed by the season giving us the opportunity to cross and up sell insurance packages depending on implicitly collected data. Tracking and analysis meant that this was a valuable CRM tool and enhanced their understanding of their consumer behaviour on and offline which meant they had superior data for segmentation for future marketing campaigns including banner ads which we designed.
Other projects included intranet design, a micro-site dedicated to brokers, build of a site for their commercial customers.
The result
A successful e-commerce site which still reflects much of it’s original structure 6 years later.
